Giovannelli e Associati with Ambienta on the acquisition of a majority stake in Pieco

Ambienta SGR S.p.A., a leading European asset manager pioneering in investments focused on environmental sustainability, acquired a majority stake in P.I.ECO, a leading provider of industrial water treatment and recycling solutions. The deal marks the first investment of Ambienta Small Cap fund.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Ambienta SGR S.p.A. on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team comprising partners Alessandro Giovannelli and Fabrizio Scaparro, senior associate Lilia Montella and associates Ilaria Meda and Simone Campisi for corporate and contractual aspects of the transaction,  and partners Diego De Francesco and Paolo Ferrandi and associates Martina Franceschi and Lorenzo Paliaga on the structuring aspects of the transaction and tax matters.
