Azimut Libera Impresa Sgr, on behalf of the private equity funds Azimut Demos 1 and Az ELTIF – Ophelia, has signed, together with the Luxembourg investment group HLD Group, which invests in a minority, a binding agreement for the purchase of 80% of CBG Acciai from Xenon Private Equity VII.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Azimut Libera Impresa with a team composed by Alessandro Giovannelli, Matteo Bruni, Claudia Raimondi and Filippo Noci for the corporate aspects, and by Valerio Fontanesi and Massimo Giordano for the financing aspects.
