Blacksheep MadTech Fund, first European vertical fund specializing in investments in digital technologies applied to the digital marketing and advertising sectors, has finalized an investment in Blendee S.r.l., a company created by the integration of the skills of Neodata Group S.p.A. and Ad Spray S.r.l.
Blendee S.r.l. is a newly developed Customer Data Platform (CDP), the first European solution that allows marketing and communication players to rely on what is called MOS (Marketing Operating System).
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Blacksheep MadTech Fund with a team led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti assisted by associate Francesca di Lorenzo and trainee Claudio Asciolla for corporate aspects, partner Riccardo Pontremoli for golden power aspects, partner Alessandra Feller and associate Ginevra Lombardi for IP and privacy aspects, and partner Giuseppe Matarazzo and associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law aspects.
