Giovannelli e Associati advised Dedalus on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Amphi Systems A/S, a company dedicated to the digitalization of emergency care processes, from ambulance to emergency room. Dedalus, a portfolio company of Ardian, is a leading international group active in the clinical healthcare software business sector.
Fabrizio Scaparro led the firm’s team which included also Paola Pagani and Augusto Fracasso. Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Dedalus for the Danish law aspects of the transaction with a team comprising Mattias Nielsen and Niels Christian Andersen.
