Giovannelli e Associati with Dedalus on the acquisition of the “healthcare division” of Lutech

Dedalus entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Lutech’s healthcare business unit, concerning the development and commercialization of digital medical records (so-called “wHealth”) and laboratory middleware (so-called “wLab”).

Giovannelli e Associati is advising Dedalus on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and comprising senior associate Paola Cairoli and associate Alberto Corolla for corporate aspects, partner Riccardo Pontremoli for regulatory and golden power aspects, partner Alessandra Feller and associate Ginevra Lombardi for IP and privacy aspects, and counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo and trainee Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law aspects. 

Dedalus was also assisted by an in-house legal team led by group general counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato, in coordination with Italy general counsel Adriano Peloso.
