Giovannelli e Associati advised Dedalus on the partnership with ObvioHealth, an end-to-end virtual research organization (VRO) that offers an easier clinical trial experience for participants and better data for sponsors. Dedalus, a portfolio company of Ardian, is a leading international group active in the clinical healthcare software business sector.
Fabrizio Scaparro led the firm’s team, which also included Paola Pagani and Augusto Fracasso for the corporate matters and Alessandra Feller and Ginevra Lombardi for IP and privacy matters. Dedalus was also assisted by an in-house legal team led by group general counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato.
