Giovannelli e Associati with Jakala on the acquisition of FFW

Jakala, an Ardian portfolio company and a leading European player in the MarTech sector, entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of the entire share capital of FFW, a global company based in Denmark with a significant presence in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and France, specializing in marketing strategies aimed at developing innovative customer experience solutions for large companies and organizations, in providing transformation and development services to create outstanding digital experiences, and in defining and implementing digital campaigns to acquire new customers and improve their loyalty through the use of analytics, strategy and insights. This transaction represents the largest acquisition to date in Europe in the private digital services sector.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Jakala on all legal aspects of the transaction with partner Fabrizio Scaparro, who led a team which comprised senior associate Paola Cairoli and associate Claudia Raimondi.
