Jakala, the first MarTech group in Italy and among the first in Europe and controlled by Ardian, and H-Farm, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition by Jakala of the business unit Consultancy from H-Farm.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Jakala on all legal aspects of the transaction with partner Fabrizio Scaparro, who led a team which comprised associates Paola Pagani, Matteo Bruni and Claudia Raimondi, Alessandra Gritti and Filippo Noci for the corporate aspects, partner Andrea Bartolucci for the capital markets aspects, partner Riccardo Pontremoli and associate Carlo Pilia for regulatory aspects, partner Alessandra Feller and associate Ginevra Lombardi for IP, IT and privacy aspects, and of counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo with trainee Katie Pesenti for labour law aspects.
