Giovannelli e Associati assisted Permeare on the sale of the entire share capital to Della Toffola S.p.A., a company indirectly owned by Investindustrial VII L.P, with the aim to further consolidate its global leadership in the wine and beverage machinery market.
Permeare is a company active in the design and production of high-end filtration machinery.
