Giovannelli e Associati with Red Black Capital on the investment in 25H Brands

Red Black Capital, an investment company founded by Roberto Italia, finalised its investment in 25H Brands, a company founded by entrepreneur Driss El Faria and specialising in the creation, development and management of brands in the beverage sector. Through an integrated model combining branding, product development, strategic partnerships and distribution, 25H Brands has contributed to the launch and growth of brands such as Tequiero Tequila, Mood Wines, Aviva Wines, Bombeer, AU Vodka and Still G.I.N., the gin created through a collaboration between Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Red Black Capital on the legal aspects of the transaction with a team including Alessandro Giovannelli, Matteo Bruni and Olivia De Lorenzo.
