Rinovha, a portfolio company of Xenon fund, acquired 100% of the share capital of Il Recupero, a company operating in the collection, transport, management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous special waste.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati assisted Xenon and Rinovha and was led by partner Matteo Colombari and comprised counsel Giulia Contestabile and associates Filippo Camerada, Edoardo Pietricola, Camilla Caliterna and Francesca Vinci for corporate aspects, and associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labour law aspects.
