Giovannelli e Associati with Rinovha on the acquisition of Marcon, Treviso Ecoservizi, and Zatta

Rinovha, a portfolio company of the Xenon Fund, acquired 100% of the corporate capital of Marcon, Treviso Ecoservizi and Zatta, companies operating in the collection, treatment and disposal of liquid and solid waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous, as well as in the collection, recycling and trade of metal, plastic, wood and cardboard materials.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Rinovha with a team led by partner Matteo Colombari and composed of counsel Giulia Contestabile and associates Filippo Camerada, Edoardo Pietricola, Federico Coscia, Azzurra Selvatico Estense, and Francesca Vinci for corporate matters, and associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law matters.
