Giovannelli e Associati with Serim on the merger agreement of the newly formed group of companies

Giovannelli e Associati advised Serim on the agreement for the aggregation of this latter into the newly formed group of companies that includes, among others, the stakes in Gruppo Gimoka and Sogedai.

Serim is a company operating in the vending and coffee service sector mainly in the north of Italy. The agreement with Gimoka Group and Sogedai will lead to the creation of a food & beverage company, able to manage the production and preparation of raw materials such as coffee beans and portions as well as powders for hot drinks to be distributed through bar services and vending machines and with an important presence in retail, e-commerce and HoReCa.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Bruno Mazzoleni – Serim’s majority shareholder – and Ivo Mazzoleni, with a team led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti assisted by associates Tania Valle and Camilla Lanzafame.
