Space Capital Club S.p.A. (“SCC”), the private capital investment platform promoted by Space Holding in October 2019, signed an agreement for the acquisition of a minority stake in Bruno Generators Group S.p.A., a company active in the design, production, distribution and rental of power generation systems and lighting towers, considered a global leader in the premium segment of the medium-high power categories.
Giovannelli e Associati advised Space Capital on the legal due diligence with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and composed by Paola Pagani and Augusto Fracasso for the corporate aspects, Riccardo Pontremoli and Carlo Pilia for regulatory aspects, Alessandra Feller, Giulia Iozzia and Ginevra Lombardi for IP and privacy aspects, and by Giuseppe Matarazzo and Katie Pesenti for labor matters.
