Giovannelli e Associati takes a further step in the development of its strategy and consolidation of its leadership in the corporate M&A sector with the appointment of Laura Bernardi and Andrea Mossa as partners.

Laura, who joined the firm in 2020, advises Italian and international investment funds, search funds, family offices, club deal investors, industrial groups, SMEs, listed companies and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestments, leveraged buyouts and investment structuring, as well as on corporate law and corporate finance matters.

Andrea, who joined the firm in 2021, assists Italian and foreign investment funds, international groups, start-ups, SMEs, and listed companies in relation to domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, as well as various corporate, commercial, and restructuring matters.
