Benvic Europe, a company belonging to the homonym multinational group engaged in the PVC industry and indirectly owned by the UK fund Investindustrial Growth, acquired the Italian compounding assets of the US-based Celanese Group, leader in the production of differentiated chemical solutions and special materials used in most manufacturing and consumer applications.
