Giovannelli e Associati advised Alpha Test (White Bridge Investments II) on the acquisition of two strategic assets: Boolean and 700+ Club. Alpha Test is an Italian leading company in the field of education and testing for preparatory courses for university admission. Boolean, a scale-up founded in 2018, is an edu-tech champion in the coding sector for learning full-stack web development knowledge and 700+ Club offers preparatory courses for international standardized tests required for admission to foreign universities and business schools (GMAT, GRE and SAT) and for English tests (IELTS and TOEFL).
