Giovannelli e Associati with Sauter Italia on the acquisition of a majority stake in M2B2 Holding

Sauter Italia S.p.A. – a company belonging to the group headed by Fr. Sauter AG, based in Basel (Switzerland) – acquired a majority stake of the share capital of M2B2 Holding S.r.l., a holding company that owns Proget Impianti S.r.l., Erisist S.r.l., and Eurosicurezza S.r.l., companies which are active in the business of providing facility management solutions, mainly for operations, maintenance, revamping, and regulatory compliance, for public and private clients.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Sauter in all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partners Pasquale Marini and Francesco Peruffo and composed of counsel Serena Germani and associate Chiara Ricchetti.
