Giovannelli e Associati with Nextalia Investment Management on the investment round in Underdogs Group

Harcos, an investment club deal founded by Omar Uger Agiami and Marco Costaguta, together with other partners, signed a binding agreement for the sale of a majority stake in SI Express to Fortidia, an international group active in fulfilment services for e-commerce, shipping, logistics, marketing and printing for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and consumers, which has been controlled by BC Partners since December 2025.
SI Express is a company specialising in domestic and international express delivery, with a strong market position in the industrial, automotive and aerospace sectors.
Giovannelli e Associati advised the shareholders of SI Express on all corporate aspects of the transaction, with a team led by partner Matteo Colombari, together with counsel Giulia Contestabile and associate Filippo Camerada.
