Giovannelli e Associati with Nextalia Investment Management on the investment round in Underdogs Group

Nextalia Investment Management, on behalf of the Nextalia Ventures fund—an investment fund specializing in technology startups and scaleups in the early- and mid-growth stages—led an investment round in Underdogs Group, an Italian company founded to provide services and technologies in the fields of marketing, advertising, and data technology.

The funds raised will support the Group’s M&A strategy in Europe, with a focus on software companies and DataTech, MarTech, and AdTech solutions.
