Giovannelli e Associati with Enki Water on the sale of the entire share capital to Kinetico Incorporated

Kinetico Incorporated, a global leader in innovative water treatment solutions, acquired Enki Water, its exclusive partner in Italy since the company was founded in 2012. The acquisition provides Kinetico with a strong, established network throughout Italy supported by nationwide distribution, technical capabilities and long-standing customer and partner relationships.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Enrico Zanchi as founder and shareholder of Enki Water S.r.l. on all legal aspects of the deal, with a team led by partner Francesco Peruffo and comprising associate Antonio Pascarella.
