Giovannelli e Associati with the Celli Group (Ardian) on the strengthening of its capital

The Celli Group, a company active in the design and manufacture of beverage dispensing systems and solutions and controlled by Ardian, completed in recent months a capital and financial strengthening operation that lays the foundations for a new phase of expansion and international development. The transaction was finalised with definitive approval and subsequent completion of the restructuring agreement signed with the Group’s financial institutions.

The transaction, which involved Ardian and Celli’s financial creditors, enables the Group to achieve a rebalanced financial structure and secure the resources necessary to complete the implementation of its business plan and pursue its medium- to long-term expansion objectives.
