28/07/2021Giovannelli e Associati advised Specchiasol, an Italian leader company in the production and wholesale and distribution in Italy and abroad of herbal products and derivatives, groceries, pharmaceutical and galenic products, cosmetics and perfumery, homeopathic, food and dietary, sanitary and electromedical and similar products, on the investment in Wellmicro, a company operating in the field of research and experimental development in the field of biotechnology.
