Giovannelli e Associati advised Gemma and Fen Energia on the sale of a majority stake of, respectively, Mieci and Evolve

Giovannelli e Associati advised Gemma and Fen Energia on the sale to SNAM’s 100% owned subsidiary, Snam4Efficiency, of a majority stake of the two energy companies Mieci and Evolve. The closing of the transaction, after obtaining the antitrust clearance, is expected by the end of October 2020.

Giovannelli e Associati team was led by Alessandro Giovanelli and included associates Giulia Sannino, Lilia Montella and Matteo Bruni for the corporate aspects, Eugenio Romita for the tax related matters of the transaction and associate Antonello Lops and of counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo for the labor matters.
