Green Stone, a self-managed multi-compartment real estate Sicaf, launched the Compartment Stone 12 aimed to the purchase of a real estate in Milan Portello district and to the subsequent development project.
Our firm advised Green Stone on the tax aspects of the fund raising of the compartment towards foreign institutional investors, in particular on the analysis of their investment structure from the Italian withholding tax agent perspective, with a team composed by partner Eugenio Romita and senior associate Antonello Lops.
