Giovannelli e Associati assisted IDeA Agro on the investment in Agro Gold.
IDeA Agro, a thematic fund dedicated to investments in companies in the agricultural sector, managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, through the establishment of the vehicle company Agro Gold, has launched an agricultural development operation in partnership with Agrintesa Cooperativa Agricola which involves the creation of a new plant of yellow kiwi fruit of the G3 variety (SunGold-Zespri trademark) on an area of around 100 hectares in the province of Latina, in addition to a further 60 hectares of current kiweto which will be partly converted in order to complete the overall production of the plant.
