Giovannelli e Associati advised Nutkao S.r.l. – a portfolio company of White Bridge Investments S.p.A., operating in the sector of the production of chocolate and hazelnut based spreads and semi-finished products for the confectionery industry – on the acquisition of the entire corporatee capital of Antichi Sapori dell’Etna S.r.l. – a company involved in the production, marketing and distribution of ingredients and semi-finished products based on pistachios and dried fruit.
