Sata Group is a company operating in the production of a large range of high-tech and high quality standard components that have always been fitted into the most innovative car industry products.
Salgomma S.r.l. is a manufacturer of technical rubber moulded parts, working in many different sectors from automotive to industrial application.
The team of Giovanelli e Associati was led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli and, as far as the financing supporting the acquisition is concerned, by partner Michele Mocarelli. They were supported by associates Matteo Bruni and Maria Costa.
