Giovannelli e Associati further strengthens the corporate sector with Stefano De Dominicis who joins as of counsel

Happy to announce that Stefano De Dominicis is joining our firm as of counsel. 

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mainly on acquisitions and disposals of equity interests and businesses, mergers and demergers, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate governance matters. In addition, Stefano’s experience includes litigation and he provides assistance in relation to corporate, commercial and contract matters.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Stefano worked at pre-eminent Italian and international firms.

Giovannelli e Associati now counts 5 of counsel continuing to strengthen the team comprising today more than 50 professionals, including 16 partners.
