Giovannelli e Associati on the double acquisition of Form Group and A&M by EF Group

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Eurofiere S.p.A. (EF Group), a leading Italian group in the trade fair and exhibition sector and a portfolio company of the Alto Capital V fund managed by Alto Partners SGR S.p.A., on the double acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Form Group S.r.l. and A&M S.r.l.

Both transactions involve a significant reinvestment by the selling shareholders in the share capital of EF Group.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted EF Group and its controlling shareholder Alto Partners SGR S.p.A. on all legal aspects with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and composed of counsel Laura Bernardi and associates Alessandra Gritti and Eugenia Arrigoni.
