IGI Private Equity, supported by Equiter as co-investor, acquired the entire share capital of Faccin S.p.A., a company active in the design and manufacture of metal forming machines, from Consilium SGR and members of the founding family.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted the members of the founding family with a team composed of partner Alessandro Giovannelli and associate Filippo Noci.
