Giovannelli e Associati advised the sole institutional investor on the securitization of trade receivables portfolios originated from Italian SMEs, operating in various industrial sectors, through the Fintech Crescitalia Lab Platform. Acquisition of the receivables has been financed through issuance of Euro 26 million asset-backed notes fully subscribed by the sole institutional investor via private placement. Zenith Service and Crescitalia Holding acted as co-arrangers of the transaction.
