Giovannelli e Associati on the investment in Baladin

Baladin S.p.A. – a company incorporated under Italian law operating in the production and marketing of craft beer – and its shareholders entered into an investment agreement with a new Dutch investor, active in the fintech sector, for the acquisition of a significant, albeit minority, stake in the company.

The transaction is expected to close in November and is subject to the completion of the necessary approval procedures by the relevant corporate bodies, as well as the fulfilment of the usual conditions precedent.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Baladin S.p.A. and its shareholders on all matters relating to the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documents with a team led by partner Enrico Troianiello and comprising senior associate Giacomo Mario Pino and associate Eugenia Arrigoni.
