Giovannelli e Associati announces the strengthening of the restructuring & turnaround practice with Marco Amoruso, who will head the practice, as of counsel. Marco Amoruso will also consolidate the banking & finance practice.
Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Marco worked for two leading law firms.
The strengthening of the restructuring & turnaround practice, and the consolidation of the banking & finance practice, is part of the growth strategy of the firm, aimed at expanding the areas of assistance to Italian and international clients.
Together with Marco, we welcome Luca Sacone, who also worked for primary law firms.
