Giovannelli e Associati strengthens the tax department led by Eugenio Romita with Giorgio Vaselli who joins as a partner.
Specialized in domestic and international taxation, Giorgio assists both companies and private clients. He has significant experience in advising managers of securities and real estate investment funds established in Italy and abroad and in corporate finance transactions. He is expert in the taxation of investments in cryptoassets.
Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Giorgio has worked for fifteen years in leading Italian and international law firms.
The strengthening of the tax department confirms its strategic importance for the Firm, given its features of both self-standing and complementarity with other practices that pivots around the historical core of corporate transactional.
Giovannelli e Associati now counts more than 60 professionals, including 17 partners and 6 of counsels.
