Giovannelli e Associati with Altofare in the acquisition of Tacchificio Monti’s group

Tacchificio Monti joins the Altofare industrial project.

The Altofare Group has completed the acquisition of Tacchificio Monti’s industrial group, a reference point for the most important high fashion brands for the development and production of heels, soles and other footwear accessories.

This transaction is perfectly in line with the broader strategy of the industrial project, promoted by White Bridge Investments, to create a leading group in the field of accessories for high fashion brands, equipped with a complete range of products and able to best meet the needs of its customers.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Altofare Group on legal matters with a team led by partner Matteo Delucchi and composed by senior associate Giulia Sannino and trainees Claudio Asciolla and Chiara Ricchetti, as well as partner Michele Mocarelli and trainee Alessio Buontempo for legal aspects related to bank financing.
