Giovannelli e Associati with Animalia on the majority investment by Charme Capital Partners

Charme Capital Partners, an investment company founded in 2003 by Luca and Matteo Cordero di Montezemolo, through the fund Charme IV, completed a majority investment in Animalia, the largest chain of veterinary clinics in Italy.  The investment has been made through a capital increase that will provide Animalia with the necessary resources to accelerate its ambitious consolidation and organic growth plans.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Animalia and its shareholders with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro, assisted by senior associates Paola Pagani and Matteo Bruni and composed by associates Filippo Noci and Alessandra Gritti for the corporate aspects.
