Giovannelli e Associati, with a team led by the partner Giovanni Meschia and composed by the associate Marcella Gigante, assisted CDP Venture Capital on the investment in Primo Climate Fund, established and managed by Primo Ventures SGR S.p.A.
Primo Climate is an alternative investment fund specializing in early stage, round A and round B investments in small and medium-sized companies with high technological content and operating in the ecological transition sector. The fund held its first closing with the support of CDP Venture Capital SGR, which, in addition to investing on behalf of its Fondo di Fondi VenturItaly, invested PNRR resources earmarked for green transition on behalf of its Green Transition Fund.
