Giovannelli e Associati is advising Ardian on its reinvestment, together with NB Renaissance, jointly holding a majority stake in the share capital of Neopharmed Gentili, a pharmaceutical company specializing in the commercialization of high-value therapeutic solutions formerly. Mediolanum Farmaceutici will maintain a significant stake in the group.
