Broletto Corporate Advisory, a Milan-based consulting boutique, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake of Finlab, now Broletto Sustainable Finance – BSF.
BSF has been operating for more than 10 years (first as a division of Oaklins Italy) in corporate finance advisory services.
The team of Giovanelli e Associati was led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli assisted by associate Francesca di Lorenzo for corporate aspects and by of counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo assisted by Katie Pesenti for labor law aspects.
