The pan-European private equity group Argos Wityu, on behalf of “Climate Action,” the first “Grey to Green” European buyout fund, acquired a majority stake in Gruppo Bracchi, a company active in the field of integrated logistics and transportation, which manages several hubs in northern Italy, Germany, Poland and Slovakia and offers tailor-made services in highly specialized sectors such as elevators, agricultural equipment and luxury brands.
