The pan-European private equity group Argos Wityu, on behalf of “Climate Action,” the first “Grey to Green” European buyout fund, acquired a majority stake in Gruppo Bracchi, a company active in the field of integrated logistics and transportation, which manages several hubs in northern Italy, Germany, Poland and Slovakia and offers tailor-made services in highly specialized sectors such as elevators, agricultural equipment and luxury brands.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Argos Wityu with a team led by Alessandro Giovannelli and composed by Matteo Bruni and Camilla Lanzafame for corporate and contractual aspects, and by Valerio Fontanesi, Gaetano Petroni and Massimo Giordano for the financing aspects.
