Azimut Libera Impresa has acquired a majority stake in Value Group, a company specializing in the management of emergencies and operational irregularities as well as the management of crews in the naval and rail air transport sector.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Azimut Libera Impresa with a team composed by Alessandro Giovannelli, Matteo Bruni, Filippo Noci and Ilaria Meda for the corporate and contractual aspects of the transaction, Giuseppe Matarazzo and Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law aspects, and Valerio Fontanesi, Gaetano Petroni and Massimo Giordano for financing aspects.
