Giovannelli e Associati grows with new partners Pasquale Marini and Giovanni Meschia

Giovannelli e Associati continues its strategic growth, boosting its corporate and M&A practice and starting a new fund formation practice with Pasquale Marini and Giovanni Meschia, who are joinining the firm as partners.

Pasquale focuses on M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border), corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters. He assists private equity funds, multinational groups, industrial clients and financial institutions. Pasquale has worked in New York and London with leading Wall Street and magic circle firms. He joins from K&L Gates, where he was one of the founding partners of the Milan office.

Giovanni assists domestic and international managers and sponsors in structuring and marketing alternative funds in all major asset classes. He also supports fund managers and investment teams in the related agreements and structuring of vehicles for the allocation and distribution of carried interest and, more generally, in connection with the legal and regulatory aspects of their ordinary business. Giovanni also assists institutional investors, family offices and HNWIs in their investment in alternative funds, both in the primary and secondary markets, and in related co-investment transactions. Giovanni joins from K&L Gates, where he was a partner since 2017.

With these new hirings, Giovannelli e Associati counts 21 partners and more than 65 professionals.
