Giovannelli e Associati with Primotecs on the lease of the business to Ori Martin

Giovannelli e Associati advised Primotecs, leader in the manufacturing of forged steel solutions mainly for transmission, engine and components in the automotive sector, in relation to the lease – instrumental to the subsequent sale – of the business related to the production plant located in Villar Perosa (Turin), to Ori Martin, a manufacturer of special steels.
