Giovannelli e Associati with DeA Capital  on the sale of the entire share capital of DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR to Green Arrow Capital

DeA Capital DeA Capital has completed the sale in favor of to Green Arrow Capital of 100% of the share capital of DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, the management company controlled by the De Agostini Group, which manages various private equity, special situations, and NPL funds, as well as management mandates and funds of funds, following the successful conclusion of the authorization process with the relevant supervisory authorities.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted DeA Capital with a team led by partners Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli and Pasquale Marini and composed of counsel Paola Cairoli for contractual and corporate matters, partner Rodolfo Margaria and associate Antonio Bernardi for regulatory matters, and partner Riccardo Pontremoli for golden power matters.
