Giovannelli e Associati with Dedalus on the acquisition of 100% of Dobco Medical System

Giovannelli e Associati advised Dedalus on the acquisition of the entire share capital of DOBCO Medical Systems N.V., a Belgian company active in the cloud-based supply of enterprise imaging products. Dedalus, a portfolio company of Ardian, is a leading international group active in the clinical healthcare software business.

The team of Giovannelli e Associati was led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and comprised associate Paola Pagani for all aspects related to the acquisition.

Schoups assisted Dedalus for the Belgian law aspects of the transaction with a team led by Stefaan Wauman and comprising also Jesse Docx. Perez-Llorca assisted Dedalus for the Spanish legal due diligence with a team comprising Alejandro Osma, Pedro Marques da Gama and Alvaro Amo. Dedalus was also assisted by an in-house legal team led by group general counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato, in coordination with group CFO Angelo Maresca, group controller and head of M&A Andrea Ciceri and group head of tax Giovanni Aprile.
