14/06/2021Giovannelli e Associati advised Dedalus on the acquisition of the entire share capital of OSM AG, a leading German provider of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) with over 25 years of experience in the German market.
Dedalus, a portfolio company of Ardian, is a leading international group active in the clinical healthcare software business sector. Fabrizio Scaparro led the firm’s team, which comprised also Paola Pagani for all aspects related to the acquisition and Paola Cairoli and Augusto Fracasso for the aspects related to the reinvestment in Dedalus by some sellers.
Loeschner Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH assisted Dedalus for the German law aspects of the transaction with a team led by Ramin Loeschner and comprising also Lisa Stutzmann and Andrea Mangelsdorf. Dedalus was also assisted by an in-house legal team led by group general counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato, in coordination with group CFO Angelo Maresca, group controller and head of M&A Andrea Ciceri and group head of tax Giovanni Aprile.
