Giovannelli e Associati with Dedalus on the sale of a majority stake of Millenium to HHC

Dedalus Italia S.p.A. sale a majority stake in Millennium S.r.l. to HHC S.r.l., an investment holding company controlled by Giorgio Moretti.

This transaction concludes the shareholding reorganization of the Dedalus Group, of which Giorgio Moretti has been founder and managing director since the beginning and throughout the construction of the current Dedalus.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Dedalus Italia on the legal aspects related to the agreements with Giorgio Moretti and Millennium with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and composed by senior associates Paola Cairoli and Paola Pagani and associates Carlo Guida and Ilaria Meda.

Dedalus was also assisted by an in-house legal team led by group general counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato and deputy group general counsel Maria Chiara Argenton and composed by legal counsels Simona Taddei and Federica Cazzetta.
