Giovannelli e Associati with Idea Agro on the acquisition of a majority stake of Agrimediterranea

IDeA Agro, the first private equity fund in Italy entirely dedicated to investments in companies in the agricultural sector and agricultural development projects, managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, acquired a majority stake in Agrimediterranea S.r.l, a holding company that owns controlling stakes in S.P.O. Zentrum S.r.l. and Agroyal S.r.l., leading domestic companies active in the production, packaging and marketing of fruit and vegetable products, including mainly citrus fruits, with a highly loyal portfolio of prime retail customers.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted IDeA Agro with a team led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti assisted by associates Francesca di Lorenzo, Giorgia Palmas and Carlo Guida for corporate aspects, associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law aspects and partner Riccardo Pontremoli for golden power aspects.
