Giovannelli e Associati with Else Solutions (21 Invest) on the acquisition of Radius

Else Solutions S.r.l., a subsidiary company of the 21 Invest Healthcare fund (managed by 21 Invest SGR), completed the acquisition of 100 per cent of Radius S.r.l., a company based in Budrio (BO) and active in the distribution of highly innovative technologies and solutions in the fields of radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, radiodiagnostics and preclinical research.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Else Solutions (21 Invest) on the tax aspects of the transaction, with a team led by partner Diego De Francesco and comprising counsel Andrea Tognon and associate Martina Franceschi.
